He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Ann Cunningham Barnhart and William Guess (Velma Guess) of Columbus. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cunningham of North Dakota, Bethany Cunningham of Springfield and Christopher Cunningham of Columbus; his brothers, Michael Barnhart (Deborah) of Piedmont, SC and John R. Barnhart (Lisa) of Horn Lake, Mississippi; and his half-siblings, Jill Conger (T. J.) of Upper Arlington, Denise Halley (John) of Dublin, Aleusha Guerlack (Jay) of Dublin, Dennis Guess (Michele) of Columbus and Roger Guess (Barb) of Marysville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
