She is survived by: her children, Sherry Shook Wood, Lenay Shook Chapman (Danny), Tom Shook and Ray Shook; her grandchildren, Travis Lawson, Kayla Chapman Sheppard (John), Crissy Chapman Miller (Mike), Kim Shook Mathis (Eddie), Stephanie Shook (Bill McClain), Thomas Wood (Brooke), Stephen Wood and Jamie Chapman; her great grandchildren, Cecilia McClain, Caiden McClain, Hunter Mathis, Rayne Wood, Cora Sheppard, Kaylee Mathis, Lucas Miller, Liam McClain and Jonathan Wood; her sister Jackie Ragsdale Miller; her sister-in-law Donna Wellman (Carl); her close friends, Jean Tyson and Gean Huber; and her pets, Little Man, Dutches and Beau.
