She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Meredith and Martha Rogers Meredith; her husband Francis Allen Gibson; and her siblings, Roy Meredith, Charlie Meredith, Bish Meredith, David Rogers "Hooky" Meredith, Emma Leigh White and Katie Meredith.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Gene Gibson (Geraldine), Thomas Harold Gibson (Trish) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Eddy Carroll Gibson (Cindy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Meredith Allyn Gibson of Centenary, SC and Jenny Wall Gibson-Cox of Murrells Inlet, SC; and her sisters, Betty Jo Parrish of Miami Springs, FL and Furman Long of Ash, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren.
