He is survived by: his son James Neeley of Hopkins; his sisters, Bobbie Jean Tipton of Camden, SC and Lydia Diane Holly of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Kayla Hernandez, Sophia Guerrero, Alexis Hubbard, Dakota Neeley, Raylin Neeley and Levi Neeley; his great grandchildren, Karter Hernandez and Khamiya Irvin; his cousins, Donna Vaughn, Vince Stack and Teresa Cribb; and his close friend Libby Jones Knight. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
