With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Elliott Platt (Cayce, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2024 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Platt, Sr. and Betty E. Parrot Platt. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Price Platt; his sons, Patrick Regalis (Secret) and Heath Regalis (Kelly); his grandchildren, Bri Regalis, Brenna Regalis Peters (Caillin), Bella Regalis (David), Jacob Regalis and Keegan Regalis; his great grandchildren, Ella, Aeri Peters and Greyson Regalis; his siblings, James M. Platt Jr., Joel Platt (Valerie) and Laurie Smith (Tim); and his brother-in-law J. Ron Price (Robin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
