She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Smithart and Gladys Smithart; and her siblings, Gyndolyn Hendrix, Leonard Buddy Smithart and Patricia Bertram.
She is survived by: her son Dave Peacock of Charleston. She is also survived by two grandchildren.
