He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde West and Willie Mae West; his son Jason; and his brother Clyde. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Doug Jr. (Kim) and Mandy (Ryan); his grandchildren, Dean, Jayde, Trista and Ragan; his stepgranddaughters, Markie (Logan) and Shayna (Zac); his great grandchildren, Claire and Emma; and his siblings, Mike, Ricky, Carolyn, Barbara and Debra.
He had a very long battle with Alzheimer's disease and will be missed by all of us.
