She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milo Teasley Davidson and Mittie Josephine Brooks Skelton; her sister Frances Harrison; her husband Rothrock W. "Rocky" Sligh of St. Stephen; her daughter Tomarra Borden (Robby) of Moncks Corner; her stepdaughter Amy Sligh-Linnen of Cayce; her sons, Justin Sligh (Marisa) of Bonneau and William Hugh Starkey of Sylvania; her sisters, Debbie Skelton of Moncks Corner and Milene Davidson Steward of Moncks Corner; and her grandchildren, Mittie Caroline Borden, William Starkey, Jr., Milo Sligh, Annie Sligh, Brooklynn Linnen and Kashious Linnen.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Courageous Kids, 230 Old Dominion Drive, North Charleston, SC 29418, in honor of her grandson Milo.
