He was predeceased by: his father Malcom Quigley; and his siblings, Michael Quigley and Michelle Quigley Powers. He is survived by: his mother Alice Holland Quigley; his wife Donna Moody Quigley; his children, Kealy Quigley, Amanda Quigley Williams (Derek) and Ross Quigley; his grandchildren, Ada Williams, Elliot Williams and Faye Williams; and his brother Eric Quigley (Lisa). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his honor may be made to Harvest Hope Food Bank or the American Red Cross.
