It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Howell (Cayce, South Carolina), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Collier and Alice J. Hooper Collier. She is survived by: her son Michael Pritchard (Staci) of West Columbia, SC.; her siblings, Bonnie Collier, Connie Krist (Ernist), Tammy Fates (Charlie), Debbie Ball and Rob Tanner (Lori); and her pets, Ragnar, Kaleesa and Regan. She is also survived by her three cats.
