He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie A. Bartley and Jewell McMahan Bartley; and his sister Gwendolyn Riddlehoover. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sister-in-law Avis Reinhardt; his children, Ronald A. Bartley (Sandy), Pamela B. Causby, Julie Cubine (Steve) and Denise Baker (Michael); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bartley, Joshua Meetze (Amy), Dylan Baker, Jacob and Trent Cubine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
