She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Youngblood and Sara Cater Youngblood; her husband Charles R. Thayer, Sr.; her son Charles R. Thayer, Jr.; and her granddaughter Sharon Aultman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula McDonald (Ray) and Wanda Weaver (Jesse); her siblings, Pauline Shuford, Margaret Mickalis, Bill Youngblood and Henry Youngblood; and her friend Evelyn. She is also survived by grandchildren; seventeen (17) great-grandchildren and two (2) great-great-grandchildren.
