Edith Hooks Wilson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Hooks Wilson of Cayce, South Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie B. Johnson, Sr. and Jamima Hodges Johnson; her husband Davis Hooks, Jr.; her son Mitchell "Randy" Hooks of Elgin, SC; her siblings, Flossie J. Chestnut and Archie B. Johnson, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Jeanette H. Oliver.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen Linden (Albert) of West Columbia, SC; her daughter-in-law Anne N. Rickards; and her grandsons, Joseph "Joey" Linden (Lisa) of West Columbia, SC, Matthew "Matt" Abby Linden and Kyle Hooks (Samantha). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
