She was predeceased by: her husband David H. Chapman (Hack); her parents, Pearl Derrick and Arthur D. Wessinger; her daughter-in-law Patricia; her granddaughter Lisa; and her brothers, Harold, Jennings, Carl (Annie Mae), Elmer (Edith), Raymond (Callie Mae) and Wendell (Earline).
She is survived by: her children, David, Leonard (Donna), Steve (Natalie) and Jean; her siblings, Heyward and Judy Swygert (John Carroll); her sisters-in-law, Rosmarie, Betty and Doris Wessinger; her grandchildren, Blake, Dean, Travis, Troy (Tonya) and Jennifer Chapman; her great grandchildren, Madison, Zach (Laura), Ashley Beaver (Mike), Brandon, Kailey and Hannah; and her great great grandchildren, Abigail, Jayden, Emily, Miles and Finnlee. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
