He was predeceased by: his parent Theola Williams; and his siblings, Kelly Williams (Betty Gray) and Beryl D. Williams (JoAnn McLin Williams). He is survived by: his wife BJ Williams; his daughter Julia W. Parks (Jeff Parks); his grandchildren, Jacob Parks, Joanna and Jessica; and his sisters, Melvena Owens and Martina Hart.
