He is survived by: his sister Emily Loftis Edens of Pickens, SC.; and his children, Karen Loftis Powell of Columbia, Curtis M. Loftis, Jr. of Columbia, Al Loftis (Lisa Lloyd) of Columbia, John Loftis (Lori Luxmore) of Columbia and Teresa Loftis Mincey of Folly Beach. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
