He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Alice Ballard and William Roberts, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Dean Ballard and Melissa Roberts Ballard; his children, Aubree Olivia Ballard and Jaxton Cole Ballard; his brother Nick Ballard (Erica Ballard); his nieces, Ava Dellinger and Arbor Ballard; and his grandparents, David Ballard, Sr. and Helen Roberts. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
