She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Joe Phifer and Bernice Funderburk Phifer; her brother Freddie Joe Phifer; her daughter Chrissy Eddinger; and her grandson Harlan John Sullins.
She is survived by: her husband John Henry Splittorf; her daughter Jacki Splittorf of Catawba; her siblings, Michael Phifer (Phyllis) of Fort Mill and Patricia Dianne Delaney (Randy) of Pensacola, FL; and her granddaughter Charli Christina Sullins. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
