She is survived by: her children, Tammy Lewis of Catawba, SC, Shirley Lynn Weinberg of Raeford, NC, Ruben James "RJ" Lewis, Sr. (Cheryl) of Catawba, SC and Andy Lewis of Catawba, SC; and her brother Thomas Edison Johnson of Bridgeton, NJ. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
