He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevin Haudenshild and Esther Haudenshild; and his wife Patricia "Patty" R. Haudenshild. He is survived by: his children, Lorine Hancock (William) of Columbia, SC, April Garbade (Brian) of Cassatt and Shane Haudenshild (Kayte) of Lugoff; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Jane, Grace Manning Hancock, Anna Catherine, Landon Garbade, Ella and Ford Haudenshild.

Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post 17 in Camden.
