She was predeceased by: her husband James Rudolph Melton; her parents, Mary Alice Galloway and Frank Rivers Cureton; and her son John Felder Melton. She is survived by: her children, James E. Melton of Cassatt, Caroline Cureton Melton of Hollywood, FL, Frankie Cureton Melton of Cassatt and Elizabeth Andrews Melton Ballard of Cassatt; and her grandchildren, Jim, Jeff, Clay, Christopher, Jonathan, Daniel and Shawn. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
