He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Boone Barrett and Marion Skeen; his son Stanley Barrett; and his sisters, Frances Barrett and Mary Ella Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Byron Barrett (Sallie) of Lugoff, Teresa Tidwell (Doug) of Lugoff, Melinda Ritch of Lugoff, Clyde Barrett, Jr. of Cassatt and Hazle Barrett (Virginia) of Camden. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
