He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Oscar Tucker and Edmonia Jeter Tucker; and his siblings, Gerald Clifford Tucker, Eugene Tucker, James "Jake" Tucker, Sylvester Tucker, Dorothy Tucker Spann and Ruth Herticene Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Beacham Tucker; his children, Ralph A. Tucker, Jr. (Sonya) and Melissa Renee Tucker; his siblings, Freddie Tucker (Barbara), Kent Tucker (Lovella), Bobby Tucker (Stella), Patricia Leslie and Jo Sandra Tucker; his grandchildren, Alexiz Imani Allen and Koeffee Ceyvon-Appiah Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Amos Beacham, Ida Tucker, Peggy Beacham and Sarah Beacham.
