He was predeceased by: his father David Fred Lee, Sr.; his sister Diane Lee Wessinger; and his nephew Timothy A. Wessinger. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Hefner Lee; his wife Claudia Wade Lee; his daughters, Shawn Lee Stephenson (Kevin) of Chester and Courtney Lee Blanchett (Shane) of Chester; and his grandchildren, Tori Beasley (Bailey) of Chester, Zack Brantley (Hannah) of Chester, Riley Parker of Chester, Luke Blanchett (Alayna) of Chester, Lexi Blanchett (Chris) of Chester and Taylor Nurwadi (Edward) of Fort Mill. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wiksburg Baptist Church (3137 Pinckney Rd, Chester, SC 29706). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
