He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Marie Markert Cassens and Ruth Doering Cassens; his daughters, Deborah Krueger (Delmar) of Wisconsin and Melanie Nelson (Terry) of Matthews, NC; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Sales (Aaron), Andrew Nelson (April), Matthew Nelson (Allison), Jennifer McDermott (Mike) and Cassandra Olson (Jim). He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren; and friends and relatives.
