He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Sweeney (Red) and Alice (Gushue). He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Sweeney (Cronin); his children, Cassie Krom (Matthew) of Hendersonville, NC and Jeffrey Knox of Norwood, MA.; his siblings, Karen Carvill (Brad), Kevin Sweeney (Virginia), Marybeth Sweeney (Bobby Malloy) of Hyde Park, MA and Allison Wilkie (Carter); and also, Marsha and Curt Rodman of Westwood, MA.
