She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Thelma Barbare Belcher; her husband Raymond Lee Newman; her children, Marvin Newman, Mark Newman and Marcell Newman; her siblings, Larry Belcher, Debbie Blackwell and Kay Spicer; her grandchildren, Eric Newman, Andrew Newman, McKenzie Newman and Jonathan Gonzalez; her great grandchildren, Brentley, McKinley, River, Amelia, Anelia, Piper, Isaiah, Ellie and Navia; and her sisters, Joann Mills and Judy Clayton.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Petty Funeral Home (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Pacolet Baptist Church Cemetery.
