He is survived by: his wife Connie Rose Eustice; his children, Stephanie Goucher, Samantha Goucher, Lillian Smereczynsky and Randall Goucher; his grandchildren, Andrew Goucher, Alexis Goucher, Shaun Michael Pope, Xavier Rivera-Goucher, Destiny Rivera-Goucher, Ciara Calderon, CJ Calderon, Channing Calderon, Julia Smereczynsky, Jocelyn Goucher, Celine Goucher and Randy Goucher, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Goucher, Aubree Goucher and Emilee Goucher.
