Lois Duncan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Duncan of Campobello, South Carolina, born in Jackson, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Lois shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lois farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Lindsey and Retti Watson Lindsey; and her son Steven Anthony Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Steven V. Duncan; her son Larry Duncan; her siblings, Cecil "Buddy" Lindsey, Barbara Jean Taylor and Jo Ann McMinn; her grandson Dustin Duncan; and her great grandchild Abby Duncan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home Chapel (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356).
