She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion and Kathleen Hawkins Gosnell; her spouse Thomas Wayne "Pug" Kilpatrick; her daughter Nancy Perry; and her siblings, Francis Gosnell, Sue Stepp and Teresa Gardiner.
She is survived by: her children, James Kilpatrick, Kenneth Kikpatrick (Tina), Vernon Kilpatrick (Sabrina) and Linda Kilpatrick (Greg Stovich); and her siblings, John Gosnell, Danny Gosnell, Barbara Seay, Lilly Reeves, Jeanette Leonard, Ruth McBride and Sarah Shehan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
