He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Zawacki and Frances Bart Zawacki; his son Leonard Zawacki Jr.; and his siblings, Marie Beck and William Zawacki.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Guy Zawacki; his daughters, Emily Zawacki and Helen Goldhom; and his stepchildren, Eddie DeWeese (Julie) and Debbie Leonard (Charlie).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church (675 Walnut Hill Church Rd, Campobello, SC 29322).
