She was predeceased by: her parents, Bloom McMakin of Washington and Eva Mae Turner McMakin; her husband Ernest Eubanks; her siblings, WJ McMakin, Fulmer McMakin, Ray McMakin, Louise Brown and Ruth McCarter; and her great grandchild Ellison Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Eubanks (Miriam), Warren "Cotton" Eubanks (Evelyn), Karen Fowler (Marvin) and Jennie Sullens (Rick); her grandchildren, Mark Eubanks, Brooke Kellett, Dr. Ashley Fowler, Joseph Fowler, LaRee Jolley and Rev. Clint Sullens; and her sister Myrtle Smith. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
