It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kaye Atkins Essey of Campobello, South Carolina, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Burt Atkins and Linda A. Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Alan; her daughters, Rhonda Anderson (Winston) and Sondra Scoggins (Tim) of Campobello; her stepchildren, Gina Essey of Southport, NC and Alan Jr. of Campobello; her grandchildren, Nathan Scoggins (Macy) of Greenville, Hayden Scoggins, John Anderson of Campobello and Annie Essey of Southport, NC.; her brother Reverend Martin Atkins (Marilyn) of Mauldin; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Atkins of Campobello. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
