She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Ray (Dorothy Ann Tucker) and Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Lee Cook and Amanda Lynn Howard; her grandchildren, Justin Michael Howard and Sera LyAnn Turner; and her great grandchildren, Myla June Turner and Elyse Grace Howard.
Because of Joyces love of animals and in lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to your local Humane Society Joyce Ann Hines has now entered her heavenly home, where she will find eternal peace and serenity.
