He was predeceased by: his parents, John Archie and Lela Lee Walker Culbreth. He is survived by: his wife Margie Wingo; his son Mark Culbreth (Kelly); his stepson Corey Wingo (Jamie); his stepgrandchild Morgan; and his siblings, Henry Culbreth (Dot) and Leigh Ellen Foy. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Per his request and considerations with COVID-19 at the present time, no services will be held.
