She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neal and Lillian Hall Neal; her husband Ray Ballew; and her sister Barbara Clayton. She is survived by: her children, Penny Ford (Kevin) of Campobello, SC, Pam Harris (Theron) of Campobello, SC, Sonya Phillips (Clay Pace) of Campobello, SC and Shane Ballew (Ashley Nodine) of Campobello, SC; and her siblings, Wayne Neal of Campobello, SC, Elayne Pittman of Mill Spring, NC and Kay Smith of Gowensville, SC.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.
