He was predeceased by: his father Donald "Pete" Rhymer; and his nephew Zach Hyder. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jean Belue Rhymer; his wife Mary Christina Case Rhymer; his children, Brad Rhymer (Brooke), Jackson Rhymer, Kelli Horton (Erik) and Rebecca Rhymer; his sister Rita Hyder (Terry); his grandchildren, Grayson, Ian Horton, Ruthie and Rylanne Rhymer; his stepgrandchildren, Mati, Caselyn, Mackley Clayton, Oaklyn and Magnolia Green; and his nephew Cole Hyder.
