He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard Johnson and Bertha Johnson (Pruitt). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson (Hines); his children, David Johnson (Michelle), Ricky Johnson (Leigh), Daniel Johnson (Lisa) and Starr Johnson Chastain (Jamie); his grandchildren, Zach, Noah, Brandon, Blake Johnson, Jacob Morris (Savanna) and Nicco Chastain; and his siblings, Jimmy Ballew (Samone), Boyce Johnson (Teresa), Joe Johnson (Carolyn), Fred Johnson (Judy) and Jane Lance (Marty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his furbuddy Baby Dog.
