He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McMahan, Sr. and Betty Kay McMahan; his daughter Patricia Ann McMahan; and his siblings, Lillie Mae Cox and Jerry McMahan.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Ruth McMahan; his children, Marcus Junior McMahan, Edward Dean McMahan and Wanda Kay Mize; and his siblings, Lewis "Dude" McMahan, David McMahan and Bobbie Troyer. He is also survived by four granddaughters and a great grandchild.
