He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Alice Coggins Settle and Jill Moon Settle; his wife Jill Moon Settle; his children, Clint Settle and Sally Irwin; his siblings, Charles Settle, Gayle Sims and Betty Johannes; his grandchildren, Pierce Settle, Brandt Settle, Adeline Irwin and Garrison Irwin; and his brothers, Harold Settle, Glenn Settle and Bob Settle.
