He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Mamie Plumley (Watkins) and Forrest Plumley; and his siblings, James Plumley, Roy Plumley and Ruby Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Dena Fowler (Chuck) and Chad Plumley (Paula); his sister Pauline Wooten; and his grandsons, Colby Fowler and Carson Fowler.
