She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eugene Vice and Hattie Weldon Vice; her husbands, Percy Guiles Moorer, Sr. and Howard Sidney Smith; her son Percy Guiles Moorer, Jr.; her granddaughter Lane Moorer Oswald; and her siblings, Willie Jean Wadford, Mark Vice, Sr. and McClure Vice.

She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Jeffcoat (Larry) of Cordova and Gregg Moorer (Donna) of Orangeburg; her grandchildren, Guy Moorer (Jamie) of Cope, Michele Jeffcoat of Cordova, Crystal Ladd (Tim) of Cordova, David Moorer (Jennifer) of Orangeburg and Adam Moorer (Jessica) of Lexington; her cousin Frances Weaver (Robert); and her daughter-in-law Beverly Stillinger.

Memorials may be made to Pine Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund at 2688 McCords Ferry Road in Lone Star, S.C. 29030.
