She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward Monts Rast Sr.; her parents, Annie Laurie Kirkland Clark and Winfield Clark; her children, Edward Monts Rast Jr. (Kathy), Mary Ann Godwin (Michael) and Gene Michael Rast (Kristen); and her grandmother Jeanne. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
