He was predeceased by: his parents, Paschal O'Dell Rast and Norma Lee Gramling Rast; and his brother Gene Rast. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ayers Rast; his children, Chad L. Rast (Heather) and Shannon R. Stillinger (Kevin); his grandchildren, Austin (Amanda), Camille, Mason, Hannah (Eric), Noah and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Bailey; and his brother Glenn Rast (Deborah) of Tennessee.
