He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Murray Taylor and Jessie Eugene Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Franklin Jr. (Charlotte) and Ginger Howell (Roy); his stepdaughter Sharon Roach (Dan); his grandchildren, Roy Howell, IV (Haley), Taylor Howell, Virginia Howell and Jennifer Murrow; his stepgranddaughters, Virginia McMaster (Henry) and Catherine Roach; and the mother of his children Jennie Black Harding. He is also survived by his parents and both sets of grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grove Park Hospice Group or to the Cancer Center of your choice.
