She is survived by: her husband Ralph O'Neil Ulmer, Sr.; her children, Neil Ulmer, Paula Kizer and Cheryl Light; her granddaughters, Crystal Lane (Ken), Summer Martinez (Willie) and Dawn Kizer (Scott Minnich); and her great grandchildren, Kearstin, Karley, Landon, Abby and Calee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
