He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Addie White Ham and Frank Lee Ham; his son Billy Ham; and his siblings, Kent Ham, Conrad Hoffmeyer and Lucy Rhame.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Holley Ham; his daughter Holley Ham (Robbie Crayne); his daughter-in-law Robin Floyd; his grandchildren, Jacob Ham, Travis Ham and Cheyenne Boan; and his siblings, Frances Parnell, Peggy Gause, Ronald Ham, Henry Hoffmeyer and Scott Hoffmeyer.
