She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Leo Shields and Tinnie Virginia Railey Shields; her husband James David Hendrix, Jr.; and her brother Raymond Leo Shields, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Rae Clower (Ed) and Terry Lee Hendrix (Shauna Cobb); her grandchildren, David, Daniel, Dylan, Lauren, Jolie and Kelsey; her brother Todd Leonard Shields (Sherri); her close friend Cathy Morris; and her pet Harris.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Thiel-Meyer Animal Adoption Center.
