She is survived by: her husband Leroy E. Smalls; her children, Jerry Smalls of Camden, Robert E. Smalls (Tara) of Catskill Mountains and Quandara D. Grant (Jack) of Sheldon; her siblings, Jimmie Belton (Mary) of Mount Vernon, Allene Kirkland of New Rochelle and Bertha Belton of Grand Forks; her sister-in-law Betty Belton of Midway, Florida; her grandchildren, Robert E. Smalls II, Keturah N. Smalls, Nalani C. Smalls of White Plains, Brian K. Smalls, Latara S. Grant of Sheldon and Shaniqua S. Williams (Tyrone) of Ludowici, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Tyrece M., Kaiden T. Williams of Ludowici and Josiah A. Pacheco-Smalls of Mount Vernon; and her aunt Viola Belton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
