Blackburn of Camden, South Carolina, born in Woburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irving and Rachal Neal Blackburn; and his siblings, Niles Blackburn and Gwendolyn Banwell. He is survived by: his wife Lois Elisabeth Bridgens Blackburn; and his sons, Scott Blackburn of Pepperell, MA and Mark Blackburn of Nashua, NH. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital.
